      I would never have thought of pairing it with port so will be interesting to try it out. That’s the beauty of having someone in The Dinner Party Collective who knows about wine. Too often, I just pull out the first bottle in the cupboard.

    What a gorgeous tart and one that I’m sure I could convince my husband to try (he usually doesn’t go for things like tars but if you throw some blackberries on anything, he’ll eat it!). I love the wine pairing suggestions.
